Leeds and Grenville Inclusive Employer Award

Started in 2024, the Leeds and Grenville Inclusive Employer Award was created to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication local employers put forth to be welcoming and inclusive places for their immigrant employees! These employers help attract, welcome, and retain immigrants to the area, which in turn increases the vibrancy, diversity, and richness of the region.

We receive nominations from throughout the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, from the general public as well as members of our own Immigration Partnership Council. From there, nominees fill in the nomination form, which is then scored by our panel of judges. Through that, our annual winner is decided, and recognized at a special ceremony.

Every year, we have an amazing array of people and businesses involved. The kindness, inclusivity, and dedication our local employers have towards their immigrant employees and communities is something we hope will be recognized, and may even inspire others.
